The whole employee lifecycle — on one HR system.
The people operations platform. Hiring and onboarding, the employee record, time & attendance, performance, an HR service desk, workforce analytics, and full payroll with payslips — plus a grounded AI HR assistant. Built India-first.
One app for hiring. Another for time off. A spreadsheet for attendance.
Most companies run their people function on a patchwork — a hiring tool, a time-off app, an attendance sheet, a slide for the org chart, a separate provider for payroll. peopleOS runs the entire lifecycle on one secure system, from the day a company is created to the day someone exits — with payroll that reads real attendance and an AI that never sees a salary.
Not one app. Your whole people function.
None of it is bolted on. Every function is native — one employee record, from hire to final settlement. Click a tab to explore it, or let the tour play.
The power of many. The simplicity of one.
From offer letter to final settlement

peopleOS, answered
What can peopleOS do today?
Phases 1 to 8 are live: an independent, secure login; the core employee record and org structure; recruitment — job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and scorecards; offers with a secure online accept and templated onboarding journeys that turn a new hire into an active employee; performance — goals and OKRs with check-ins, review cycles with self and manager reviews, and 360 peer feedback; HR operations — an employee helpdesk, a policy library with acknowledgments, generated HR letters, surveys and engagement, and offboarding that disables access on exit; analytics & reporting — workforce dashboards with headcount and attrition trends, a rule-based at-risk register, and exportable CSV reports, scoped for HR, managers, and employees; payroll — pay structures, loss-of-pay from attendance and time off, a pluggable India-first statutory engine (PF/ESI/PT/TDS), payslip PDFs and a bank-disbursement file, plus an external API with signed webhooks and calendar sync; document upload and storage; time off with manager approvals, accrual policies and carry-forward; weekly timesheets with approvals; time & attendance — web check-in/out, shifts, holiday calendars and regularizations; encrypted India-statutory data (PAN/Aadhaar/UAN/PF/ESI); an AI HR assistant — ask questions over your people data in natural language, draft and summarize HR content, and get smart recommendations, all scoped to your access and never exposing salary or statutory identifiers; and role-based dashboards for HR, Manager, and Employee.
How do people get access?
Your company and its first HR Admin are set up during onboarding. From there, the HR Admin invites employees by email — each person sets their own password and lands in a dashboard scoped to their role. There is no open sign-up.
Is my data isolated and secure?
peopleOS runs on its own database with its own authentication, fully isolated from the rest of the suite. Sensitive statutory identifiers are encrypted at rest and gated behind a dedicated permission, so a directory or org-chart view can never leak them. Every sensitive action is audit-logged.
Is peopleOS India-first?
Yes. The first release models India HR natively — PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, PF, and ESI, with Asia/Kolkata defaults. Payroll uses a pluggable statutory ruleset with India implemented end-to-end (PF, ESI, Professional Tax and declared TDS), so other regions are added as new rulesets without reworking the core.
What is coming next?
The AI HR assistant is now live — ask questions over your people data in natural language, draft and summarize HR content (policies, letters, survey and helpdesk summaries), and get smart recommendations, all scoped to what you can access and never exposing salary or statutory data. That completes the peopleOS roadmap — every phase from foundation to AI is shipped. Natural future directions, not yet scheduled, include more payroll regions, a deeper income-tax engine, and two-way calendar sync. There is no separate mobile app: peopleOS is a responsive web app, so the full experience works in any mobile browser. See the roadmap above.
