What you see changes entirely based on who you are. Pick a role to see their world.
Per company
Owns the people function for their company — from hiring and onboarding to the employee record, org structure, time-off policy, and every approval.
Most teams run people operations across a patchwork of point solutions — each owning one slice, none of them aware of the others. The employee record lives in one place, leave in another, payroll in a third, and the org chart in a slide deck.
peopleOS replaces all of it with one system.
The full HR lifecycle on one platform — 18 modules, one login, one secure database. Every module shares the same role-based core, so nothing is bolted on.
Employee records, lifecycle, documents — the system of record.
Departments, locations, and reporting hierarchy with a live org chart.
Leave types, balances, apply → manager approval, plus accrual policies & carry-forward.
Weekly time entry against projects, manager approval, payroll-ready.
Upload & store employee documents, plus encrypted PAN/Aadhaar/UAN/PF/ESI behind a dedicated permission.
A focused home for HR, Managers, and Employees.
Job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and scorecards.
Offers with a secure online accept, plus templated onboarding checklists that convert a hire into an active employee.
Web check-in/out with IP & geo capture, shifts, holiday calendars, and manager-approved regularizations.
Goals & OKRs with check-ins, review cycles with self & manager reviews, and 360 peer feedback.
Employee tickets with categories, priorities, assignment, internal notes, and resolution tracking.
Versioned policy library with acknowledgments, plus generated HR letters from reusable templates.
Build and launch surveys with anonymous or attributed responses and aggregated results.
Templated exit checklists that close the lifecycle and disable access on completion.
Workforce dashboards for HR, managers & employees — headcount, attrition & at-risk signals, with CSV export.
A full payroll engine — pay structures, LOP from attendance & leave, a pluggable multi-region statutory ruleset (India first), payslip PDFs and a bank-disbursement file.
A scoped external API with keys, signed outbound webhooks, and Google / Microsoft calendar sync.
Natural-language answers over your people data, AI drafting & summaries, and smart recommendations — scoped to your access.
Its own login, sessions, and database — fully isolated. Token rotation, single-active-session, and stale-session protection built in.
Leave and timesheets flow to the right manager automatically from the reporting chain. No rules to wire, no manager role to maintain.
PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, PF and ESI captured and encrypted at rest — visible only with a dedicated permission, never in a list view.
The AI assistant answers only from data you can already see — scoped to your access, with no path to salary, bank or statutory details.
What can peopleOS do today?
Phases 1 to 8 are live: an independent, secure login; the core employee record and org structure; recruitment — job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and scorecards; offers with a secure online accept and templated onboarding journeys that turn a new hire into an active employee; performance — goals and OKRs with check-ins, review cycles with self and manager reviews, and 360 peer feedback; HR operations — an employee helpdesk, a policy library with acknowledgments, generated HR letters, surveys and engagement, and offboarding that disables access on exit; analytics & reporting — workforce dashboards with headcount and attrition trends, a rule-based at-risk register, and exportable CSV reports, scoped for HR, managers, and employees; payroll — pay structures, loss-of-pay from attendance and leave, a pluggable India-first statutory engine (PF/ESI/PT/TDS), payslip PDFs and a bank-disbursement file, plus an external API with signed webhooks and calendar sync; document upload and storage; leave with manager approvals, accrual policies and carry-forward; weekly timesheets with approvals; time & attendance — web check-in/out, shifts, holiday calendars and regularizations; encrypted India-statutory data (PAN/Aadhaar/UAN/PF/ESI); an AI HR assistant — ask questions over your people data in natural language, draft and summarize HR content, and get smart recommendations, all scoped to your access and never exposing salary or statutory identifiers; and role-based dashboards for HR, Manager, and Employee.
How do people get access?
Your company and its first HR Admin are set up during onboarding. From there, the HR Admin invites employees by email — each person sets their own password and lands in a dashboard scoped to their role. There is no open sign-up.
Is my data isolated and secure?
peopleOS runs on its own database with its own authentication, fully isolated from the rest of the suite. Sensitive statutory identifiers are encrypted at rest and gated behind a dedicated permission, so a directory or org-chart view can never leak them. Every sensitive action is audit-logged.
Is peopleOS India-first?
Yes. The first release models India HR natively — PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, PF, and ESI, with Asia/Kolkata defaults. Payroll uses a pluggable statutory ruleset with India implemented end-to-end (PF, ESI, Professional Tax and declared TDS), so other regions are added as new rulesets without reworking the core.
What is coming next?
The AI HR assistant is now live — ask questions over your people data in natural language, draft and summarize HR content (policies, letters, survey and helpdesk summaries), and get smart recommendations, all scoped to what you can access and never exposing salary or statutory data. That completes the peopleOS roadmap — every phase from foundation to AI is shipped. Natural future directions, not yet scheduled, include more payroll regions, a deeper income-tax engine, and two-way calendar sync. There is no separate mobile app: peopleOS is a responsive web app, so the full experience works in any mobile browser. See the roadmap above.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough and we'll show you the live platform — from an employee checking in or applying for leave, to a manager approving it, to HR running payroll and asking the AI assistant what needs attention.
No pressure, no lengthy sales process — just a focused look at whether peopleOS fits your team.
