The Suite
How the platforms fit together.Five AI-native platforms — one each for marketing, sales, people, finance, and operations — from a single company, tied together by a shared command center where leadership sees every function at once.
Each platform is a serious, best-in-class product on its own. What the Suite adds is a single company behind all of it and one management view across it — so leadership sees the whole company without stitching separate tools together.
A single leadership view across every platform you run. Instead of logging into five products and reconciling five dashboards, the more of your company that runs on Rhenyx, the more your leadership sees in one place.
No. Start with the platform that hurts most today. Each stands alone and compounds as you add more — you are never forced into a big-bang rollout.
marketOS, salesOS, and peopleOS are live now. financeOS and opsOS are in active development — leave your details on the contact page to hear about early access first.
Rhenyx connects to the tools your teams already run, so you move at your pace rather than ripping everything out on day one. On a demo we map your stack and hand you a migration plan.
The intelligence is built into the workflow, not bolted on as a chatbot. Each product has an assistant that works over your own data — answering questions, drafting, and surfacing risk — always scoped to what the person asking is allowed to see.
Teams that are tired of stitching point tools together. It scales from a solo operator running a whole function to a full team — you start where you are and expand as your operation grows.
You do. Your data stays yours, isolated per workspace and per product, and you can export it. We use it to run the product for you — not to train models for anyone else.
marketOS
The Marketing Operating System. The Marketing Operating System — one place to run campaigns end to end, with an Intelligence Layer that builds and enriches the work while you stay in control of every decision that spends or sends.
Most teams evaluating marketOS are already running a stack. The question is not whether your current tools work — it is whether they work together. If you spend time moving data between them, that is the cost marketOS eliminates.
No — you stay in control the whole way. The Intelligence Layer does the heavy lifting, but it pauses at every decision that matters: before spending credits, before it enriches, and before anything sends. Every campaign it builds lands as a draft, so nothing goes out until you say go.
marketOS runs outbound through the providers you already use and keeps expanding its integration library. It connects to your existing sending and enrichment tools rather than forcing you onto a single walled channel.
Our integration library is actively expanding. If a connector you need is not available yet, reach out — we prioritize integrations based on customer demand and we will be transparent about timelines.
Yes. marketOS includes an AI-driven SEO audit that reviews a site and returns a structured, prioritized report you can act on and export — part of running marketing end to end rather than in a separate tool.
Both. marketOS scales from a solo operator running all of marketing to a full team managing multi-channel operations. You start where you are and expand modules as your operation grows.
salesOS
The Sales Operating System. The Sales Operating System — a full CRM and revenue workspace: leads with scoring and routing, accounts and contacts, a visual deal pipeline, quotes and orders from a product catalog, a connected email inbox, activities, forecasting, analytics, automation, an external API, and an AI assistant that watches deal risk. One login, one workspace, one source of truth.
The full platform is live: leads with configurable scoring and routing; accounts and contacts; deals on a visual kanban pipeline with configurable stages; a deal workspace with timeline, tasks, meetings and AI risk signals; quotes with line items from a product catalog; orders; a connected email inbox with templates; activities and tasks; period-based forecasts; analytics with KPIs, win rate and a team leaderboard; workflow automation; and platform features — API keys, signed webhooks, and an audit log.
A CRM stores what already happened. salesOS runs the workflow — scoring, routing, pipeline, quoting, email, forecasting and automation are native, not bolted on through integrations. And the AI layer watches your pipeline for risk instead of waiting to be asked.
Create a workspace and invite your team by email — each member sets their own password and lands in the shared workspace. salesOS runs on its own database with its own authentication, fully isolated from the rest of the suite.
Yes. Build quotes from a product catalog with line items, keep pricing consistent, and convert a won deal into an order — quoting lives inside the same workspace as the pipeline, not in a separate document tool.
Yes. salesOS ships API keys, signed webhooks, and a full audit log, so you can push data in, react to events, and keep a record of every change.
Yes. Every Rhenyx product shares the same platform philosophy and design language, so teams move between them without relearning anything. Leads sourced in marketOS flow naturally into a salesOS pipeline — no export-import cycle.
Outreach cadences — multi-step, multi-channel sequences that draft and follow up automatically — are in active development. The core platform (CRM, pipeline, quotes, orders, inbox, forecasts, analytics, automation, API) is live today.
peopleOS
The People Operations Platform. The People Operations Platform — a full HR system covering the core employee record, recruitment and onboarding, performance and goals, an HR service desk, time and attendance, learning and development, analytics, and full payroll with payslips, plus an API, webhooks, calendar sync, and an AI HR assistant.
The platform is live end to end: an independent secure login; the core employee record and org structure; recruitment with pipelines, interviews and scorecards; online offer accept and templated onboarding; performance with goals, review cycles and 360 feedback; HR operations — helpdesk, policy library, generated letters, surveys and offboarding; time off, timesheets, and attendance; analytics with headcount and attrition and an at-risk register; payroll with payslips, statutory deductions and a bank-disbursement file; and an AI HR assistant.
Your company and its first HR Admin are set up during onboarding. From there, the HR Admin invites employees by email — each person sets their own password and lands in a dashboard scoped to their role. There is no open sign-up.
Yes. It includes a full payroll engine — pay structures, loss-of-pay from attendance and time off, a pluggable statutory ruleset, payslip PDFs, and a bank-disbursement file — so pay is run in the same system as hiring, performance, and the employee record.
Yes. The first release models India HR natively — PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, PF, and ESI, with Asia/Kolkata defaults. Payroll uses a pluggable statutory ruleset with India implemented end to end (PF, ESI, Professional Tax and declared TDS), so other regions are added as new rulesets without reworking the core.
Yes, and it is live. Ask questions over your people data in natural language, draft and summarize HR content like policies and letters, and get smart recommendations — all scoped to what you can access and never exposing salary or statutory identifiers.
peopleOS runs on its own database with its own authentication, fully isolated from the rest of the suite. Sensitive statutory identifiers are encrypted at rest and gated behind a dedicated permission, so a directory or org-chart view can never leak them, and every sensitive action is audit-logged.
There is no separate app to install — peopleOS is a responsive web app, so the full experience works in any mobile browser.
financeOS
The finance OS — coming soon. The finance operating system for modern teams — it consolidates invoicing, spend, budgeting, and reporting into one AI-native platform that closes the books faster and gives you a live view of the numbers. It is in active development.
financeOS is built to run the finance workflow — billing, spend, budgeting, and reporting — as one AI-native system, reducing the need for separate, disconnected tools.
Revenue and cost signals from products like marketOS and salesOS flow into financeOS through the shared platform, so reporting reflects the whole business rather than one silo.
financeOS is in active development. Leave your details on the contact page to hear about early access first.
opsOS
The operations hub — coming soon. The operating system for how your company runs — it unifies workflows, projects, vendors, and SOPs into one AI-native operations hub that automates the busywork holding teams back. It is in active development.
opsOS is built to run operational workflows — processes, projects, and vendors — as one AI-native system instead of a sprawl of task trackers and spreadsheets.
It shares the Rhenyx platform and intelligence layer, so operational workflows can span marketing, sales, people, and finance without integration glue.
opsOS is in active development. Add your details on the contact page and we will keep you posted on early access.
Pricing
Plans, discounts, and billing. One transparent formula. Each product is priced per user (marketOS and salesOS) or per employee on payroll (peopleOS). Volume discounts apply automatically as you scale, a suite discount stacks when you run more than one product, and prepaying quarterly, half-yearly or annually saves more still. The same configuration returns the same price for everyone — no rep discretion.
No. The pricing calculator shows your real price instantly, with every discount already applied. Contact sales only when you are ready to move — we will confirm the same figure and help with onboarding and migration.
They kick in per product as your seat or employee count crosses each tier — automatically, with no code or negotiation. The calculator shows exactly how many more users or employees you need to reach the next tier, and how much it saves.
Run two or three products together and the extra products are discounted — the deepest discount always lands on your least-expensive product. It is applied on top of any volume discount, and your quote shows precisely where each rupee comes off.
Yes. Add or remove seats, switch billing terms, or add another product whenever you need to — pricing recalculates the moment you do. There are no lock-in penalties.
It is an accurate planning estimate. When you contact sales, your configuration is re-priced on our side from the same numbers, so the figure you see is the figure we quote — plus anything specific to a larger or custom rollout.
Security
Data, isolation, and compliance.A single security posture across the Suite: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and workspace isolation, built to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. Ask us where each product stands on certification today.
Yes. Every product runs on its own database with its own authentication, fully isolated from the rest of the suite. Access is scoped per workspace, so one product or workspace can never read another’s data.
Sensitive fields — like statutory identifiers in peopleOS — are encrypted at rest and gated behind dedicated permissions, so a directory or org-chart view can never leak them. Every sensitive action is audit-logged.
The Suite is built to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. Certification status varies by product as each matures — ask us where a specific product stands today and we will be transparent about it.
